Audacia is working through unresolved legacy transactions. Reallocation options are being explored, and eligibility and available terms require an individual review. Prepare your payment evidence and purchase documents when contacting the team. No refund or completion date is confirmed on this website.

Documentation & allocation

Request a review of your payment records, purchase agreement and outstanding documentation. The team can explain the applicable steps for paper and physical allocation. Any fees and site arrangements should be confirmed in writing for your transaction.

Site inspections

Confirm the project location, site access and an agreed appointment with the team before travelling. An enquiry is not a confirmed inspection booking.

Resale & exit enquiries

Ask for an assessment of your transaction and available options. A resale enquiry does not guarantee a buyer, proceeds or a completion date.

What we collect

We collect your sign-in identifier and email, contact and location details, professional or campus information, your upline connection and Nigerian bank account details for registration and commission administration. Developer applications include company, project and mandate information.

How information is used

Audacia uses this information to review applications, organise the network and campus chapters, verify transactions, administer commission records and respond to requests. Public application forms prepare an email to audaciaprime@gmail.com in your email app. Review the details and press Send to deliver your application. These email applications do not automatically create a dashboard account. Existing dashboard records remain on our hosted platform.

Who can see it

The site owner can review applications and payment details. An upline can see limited network details including your name, membership code, chapter, location and application status within three referral levels. Bank details, addresses and contact details are not shown to other realtors. An exact approved referral-code lookup displays the referrer’s name.

Your choices

Request access, correction or deletion at hello@myaudacia.com. Transaction, referral and payment records may need to be retained to resolve outstanding obligations. Do not submit bank PINs, passwords, BVNs or identity scans through these forms.

Your realtor workspace

Your signed-in workspace stores saved properties, client leads, contact references, inspection notes, follow-up dates and activity records. Leads are private to the account that records them. Record client information only with appropriate permission. Audacia manages published property listings. Commission balances reflect approved transaction allocations and recorded payments; the wallet does not hold deposits or make bank transfers.

Joining the network

Applicants must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. Applications require review. A pending registration is not permission to represent Audacia, list a property, make promises to clients or collect money. Membership does not create employment or guarantee income.

Referrals & commissions

An upline must be an approved member with a valid code. Use AUDACIA if registering directly. The referral connection is recorded at registration and cannot be changed by the applicant. Ask for any correction before approval.

Commissions relate to verified, completed property transactions under an agreed mandate, not recruitment alone. The owner must approve the transaction and available commission pool before allocation. The policy can support up to three upline levels. Percentages are set by Audacia and recorded with each approved allocation. There is no automatic bank transfer from this website.

Client conduct

Do not misrepresent a property, title, availability, return, payment instruction or your authority. Confirm current documents, prices and written terms with the responsible project team. Do not use another person’s bank details or submit false transactions.

Developer applications

Applicants must have authority to submit company and project information. Submission does not approve a project or create a brokerage mandate. Any listing, professional service, project financing or development arrangement requires a separate written agreement.
